My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some room for improvement. The rooms were awesome, spacious, and nice, although one day they were not made up. On the downside, there was an issue with not answering the phone promptly, leaving me a bit confused. The service had its moments of being super friendly and helpful, but at times it felt a bit edgy and not so friendly. The location was convenient, close to many restaurants and attractions but had a drawback of smoke exposure at the entrance. The dining experience could have been better; while breakfast was served early, the contents of the breakfast bag were limited. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were impeccably clean and met our expectations, they felt old and musky, and there were signs of fleas on the bed. The service was a bit of a hit-and-miss; the receptionist was friendly and helpful, but other staff members lacked knowledge and friendliness. On the bright side, the location was ideal, near various restaurants and shops, but the surroundings weren't the most inviting. The dining experience left something to be desired, with limited options, though the staff was pleasant. Despite the flaws, the hotel had its strengths.

The hotel was brand new, offering recliners in the rooms, but unfortunately, mine smelled of marijuana. The service was barely cordial and missed details like a used towel left in the room.
